What is the dress code?

Think wedding celebration attire! Dress up for a special occasion, but keep it comfortable enough to dance, eat, and enjoy yourself all evening. For those attending our intimate ceremony, the dress code for Thursday is Black Tie.

Do I need to pre-book a taxi?

Yes. We strongly recommend pre-booking a taxi in advance, as there’s no Uber in Shipbourne and local taxi services can be very busy. Waiting times may be long if you don’t book ahead.

Is there easy parking at the venue?

There is limited free parking attached to The Chaser Inn and also free parking along Upper Green Rd.

Where can I stay nearby? 

While there are no hotels within walking distance there are a few a short taxi ride away in Sevenoaks, Tonbridge and Tunbridge Wells.

What type of food will be served?

You’ll be welcomed with a selection of delicious canapés upon arrival. Later, at around 8:30pm, we’ll serve a hot buffet, followed by an array of sweet treats.

What time should I plan to arrive?

Please arrive from 5:30pm. Speeches will begin promptly at 6:30pm, so we kindly ask everyone to be settled before then.
